Well folks, that was a night...whew. We at Edmond Tree pass our sincere condolences along to families who lost loved ones in the storms that passed thru last night. While it is a much lesser concern and is "just stuff" that can be replaced, we also express our empathy for those who are enduring the frustration of property damage.
This morning, we saw a video posted on X (formerly known as Twitter) of some of the Barnsdall, OK tornado damage. We were very surprised to be what appears to be a DOOR pushed thru a tree?! Did this happen? Is it just the camera angle and the door is wedged against the tree? I've personally seen drinking straws sticking out of trees after a tornado, but never a door LOL.

Some incredible damage in Barnsdall, Oklahoma, on the east side of town. Never have seen a door embedded in a tree before. #tornado #OKwx #oklahoma #barnsdall pic.twitter.com/9Uy49IP68K
